Terms & Conditions
The agreement for the hire of goods is between Up Owl Night LLC and the Customer.
Up Owl Night will deliver, setup and furnish the indoor sleepover on the agreed date and theme at the time agreed when the booking was made.
Up Owl Night will dismantle and remove all hired equipment from the property on the agreed date and at the time agreed when the booking was made.
Up Owl Night is usually on time. However, no responsibility can be accepted for delays due to severe traffic problems.
Parking must be provided, where possible, as close to the front door.
The customer must ensure that there is a clear pathway to the set up area and all obstructions to the site are removed before our arrival. Up Owl Night DOES NOT move Furniture. Please make sure the room is cleared upon the arrival time scheduled.

All parties must be held in smoke-free environments. Up Owl Night reserves the right to forfeit your booking without refund if staff finds your property to contain any smoke substance odor.
It is the responsibility of the customer, to ensure that no naked flames, matches, or candles are near our equipment.
Up Owl Night asks that no craft supplies, makeup, nail polish, food or drinks be inside or around the tents and equipment at any time. If there are stains found on the tents or equipment, a $50 cleaning fee will be automatically charged to the card on file.
If the stains cannot be removed, you will be charged $75 for each tent and/or for all equipment that has to be replaced. Replacement charges for other damaged items may also apply. Customers will be emailed and/or called regarding any damages, and the card on file will be charged.
Up Owl Night reserves the right to forfeit your booking upon arrival to your property if we feel our equipment could be compromised or damaged due to unhygienic conditions. No refund will be given.
The client is responsible for the care and safety of all the children and should ensure that all parent/guardians are aware that Up Owl Night is not responsible for the care and safety of clients or their guests.

Up Owl Night will not be held responsible for accidental damage caused by your guests.
Up Owl Night assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage caused during a client’s party. Up Owl Night assumes no responsibility or liability for any claim for personal injury, death, accidents, loss or damage to the property. Insurance is the Client’s responsibility during the rental period. In the event of damage or loss of Up Owl Night inventory and/or damage or loss to the party’s location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client.
Up Owl Night is not responsible for allergic any other medical reaction stemming from the rental equipment, menu, fabrics, or any activity taken place before, during, and/or after the party. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the Client.

Up Owl Night will not be liable for claims for personal injury or death while using our equipment during a client’s hire period. The items are made for children and customers have a duty of care to supervise. It is the customer's duty to supervise children at ALL TIMES. Equipment is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old!
